First Visit
You will be emailed intake paperwork prior to the first visit, please make every effort to complete this prior to my arrival for a more streamlined appointment.
Concierge/Booking Fee
This is a $50 deposit that allows me to provide you with a concierge model. This is applied to services and is required in advance to book an appointment with me.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If your appointment isn’t canceled at least 24 hours in advance, I charge a $50 cancellation fee (this is the concierge/booking fee you pay at time of scheduling). If you cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice, the $50 concierge fee will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
I will make every effort to confirm all appointments in advance; however, this is a courtesy and I will not be responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointments.
Punctuality Policy
Please be ready to receive your treatment at the time of your scheduled appointment so that your treatment will end on time so that the next patient is not delayed or inconvenienced. If I arrive and we are not able to accommodate your appointment, your deposit (concierge/booking fee) will be forfeited. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Prices and Promotions
I am committed to continuously expanding my services to bring you the latest and greatest treatment options. I will make every effort to ensure the website and services/pricing menu is updated accordingly, but please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, I will automatically give you the discount of greater value at the time of purchase. Inquire about perks provided when you host a party!
Payments
My practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine. This means I do not accept or bill insurance. Payment is expected in full at the time of your treatment. The pricing listed is subject to change without notice, but I will ensure the cost of your treatment plan is discussed transparently and agreed upon prior to your treatment being delivered. We accept all major credit cards.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds on services rendered. During your complimentary consultation, we will discuss realistic outcomes for the services you will receive, as well as any follow-up visits you may need. I will do my absolute best to ensure you are pleased with your results.
However, there are no guaranteed results or outcomes, and there is no guarantee that you will not require additional treatments to maintain or achieve the results you seek. Follow-up treatments are not free of charge, even if you are not pleased with your initial results.

I love having you as a patient, but I do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
